I come not against thee this day, but against the house with which I am at war: for God commanded me to make haste: forbear from meddling with God, who is with me, so that he does not destroy thee.22וְלֹא־הֵסֵב֩ יֹאשִׁיָּ֨הוּ פָנָ֜יו מִמֶּ֗נּוּ כִּ֤י לְהִלָּחֵֽם־בּוֹ֙ הִתְחַפֵּ֔שׂ וְלֹ֥א שָׁמַ֛ע אֶל־דִּבְרֵ֥י נְכ֖וֹ מִפִּ֣י אֱלֹהִ֑ים וַיָּבֹ֕א לְהִלָּחֵ֖ם בְּבִקְעַ֥ת מְגִדּֽוֹ׃Nevertheless Yoshiyyahu would not turn his face from him, but he sought an opportunity to fight with him, and he did not hearken to the words of Nekho from the mouth of God, and came to fight in the valley of Megiddo.23וַיֹּרוּ֙ הַיֹּרִ֔ים לַמֶּ֖לֶךְ יֹאשִׁיָּ֑הוּ וַיֹּ֨אמֶר הַמֶּ֤לֶךְ לַעֲבָדָיו֙ הַעֲבִיר֔וּנִי כִּ֥י הׇחֳלֵ֖יתִי מְאֹֽד׃And the archers shot at king Yoshiyyahu; and the king said to his servants.
